Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unworn or unused

With all original tags and packaging intact

Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and clear instructions on how and where to send your parcel.
Please note that items returned without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so that we can assess the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, or plants)

Custom or personalised products (e.g. special orders)

Personal care items (e.g. beauty products)

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The quickest way to receive the item you want is to return the original item. Once the return is accepted, you can make a new purchase for the replacement item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to an address within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without needing to provide a justification.
As above, the item must be in its original condition — unworn or unused, with tags and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund.
